6. Deposits, prepayments and payments
For certain reservations, group bookings, events, private dining, special menus or peak dates, Diava Restaurant may request a deposit, card guarantee, partial prepayment or full prepayment.
Payment terms will be communicated before confirmation where applicable.
If payment is not completed when required, Diava Restaurant may cancel the reservation or release the table without liability.

Unless otherwise stated, prices may exclude optional extras, drinks, special arrangements, private event services, transportation or third-party services.

Private dining, events, group bookings, special menus and exclusive-use arrangements may be subject to separate written terms, including deposit, cancellation, minimum spend, menu selection, timing and service requirements.
Where separate written terms are agreed, those terms shall prevail over the general Terms & Conditions for that specific arrangement.
